Shipping and delivery

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be produced, processed, and shipped. Some orders may ship sooner, but we recommend allowing the full production window before reaching out regarding order status.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout.

Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and are separate from the 4–6 week production period. CND is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages after delivery, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
