Most CND products are made or printed to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production and fulfillment may take approximately 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please review all product details, sizing information, shipping information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase. CND is not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, quantities, or shipping information selected or entered by the customer.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any approved refund or replacement will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

CND is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control. Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, CND is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors, textures, washes, prints, and other details may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to photography, display settings, manufacturing, or the nature of the production process.

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price, description, or other information due to an error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.
